Since 1974, the Hotel Deutsche Familien is managed by Poliani family with passion and meticulousness; it is, in fact, our goal to offer our guests a warm welcome, as well as a comfortable and full of possibilities environment.
Due to its location, the hotel can provide easy access to sea-related activities, and, above all, climbing and mountain biking.
One of our main attractions is the large garden surrounding the hotel. Lush, shaded and with many varieties of plants and flowers. Our animals are part of this: tortoises, canaries and our cats Calimero and Pucci.
Finale Ligure has been known for a long time not only as a seaside resort but also as a center for outdoor activities: thanks to its cliffs and perfect soil for building trails, climbing and especially mountain biking are the two main activities.
Our hotel is the perfect place for every biker and climber. You’ll find services such as bike room, mechanical support, bike wash and more.
Other than this, we also have a sea-view gym for staying in shape and maybe continue working-out while on holiday.
From the spacious and bright lounge you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. Our guests can have a full-on breakfast in a relaxed and very unique setting.
The beautiful sea-view terraces of the hotel can also be used by our guests for having lunch and dinner. They will also be able to benefit from a refrigerator and a microwave.

Check-in: 8:30-18:30 (notice required for delays and arrivals at different times)

Early departures involve payment of the entire booked period.
Delays of over 24 hours without notice will void the reservation.
BOOKING
At the time of reservation a deposit made by bank transfer or charge to your credit card is required.
When staying less than three nights, you can be asked to pay on arrival.
The cancellation of a reservation, if received within 20 days before the arrival date, will be followed by a refund of the paid amount, booking fees excluded

As a guide and instructor certified by the Italian Cycling Federation and thanks to his large on-site experience, he will often be in the hotel to give information on the entire bike world in Finale and to organize guided tours.
